Done back in 2016.

This is Rift, another character I made based on Yark-Wark 's Team Prototype universe.
She’s an eagle Direwing that had volunteered to be in a program to experiment with different cybernetics and treatments, but for some reason had left the Direwings and turned herself in to the Gorm and Razorwings.
Rift is kind of an odd character where I wanted to try some different things.
Firstly, I kind of wanted to make a "gryphon" Razorwing character, so I had the idea of having an eagle with cybernetics for her ears and her tail to help achieve the look for the theme.
Second, I also thought that it would be interesting to make her a Direwing that would switch over to the Razorwings. It seemed like it would be an interesting story idea; why would a Direwing switch sides like this?, and have the team involved with what happens.
Her design came about really suddenly with a doodle, and I wanted to expand on it a bit more. While I was happy with how she turned out, I wasn’t entirely sure on her first iteration, so with Yark’s help I worked on the second version to fit in more with how the Razorwings and Direwings look.
