Description A timeless story...

This is something very different that I wanted to try out. Influenced by both ~zer0dram0n and by *cwgabriel , I wanted to create something that had a sort of 'storybook' look to it. This resulted in some simple drawing and a lot of experimenting with different ideas I had, and this is the final result.

The posings turned out really well, and the overall effect the colors created gave this a unique look that I was really happy with and felt didn't need a lot of shading that I normally would do.
In the end, I'm very pleased with the final outcome.

Hope you like it Zero!

Photoshop CS4 and 7.

Zero is (c) ~zer0dram0n .

It really does capture the storybook look very well, partly thanks the the border.

Well, the border does help, but everything else needed to match it as well.

I LIKE VERY, VERY MUCH!

the simple look really works well with this, and adds to the storybook feel, as does the soft shading and coloured lines. nice job, Bahamut, you definitly have something to be pleased about with this

Wow, the simple take came out quite nice and adding the colored lines really makes this feel soft, to me. I really like this image. Awesome job, dude.

Zero's dress is so pretty, BTW.

Thank you very much!
I found that by duplicating the lines layer and putting a small gaussian blur really helped with the soft look as well as bring out the colored lines more, so that worked out for the final image.

Thank you very much!

And thank you, Zero's dress design actually came from one of her pictures in her gallery, so she deserves the credit. ^_^
