Description Just a WIP overworld map using my custom tileset. Right now there are around 190 or so tiles right now, either landscape tiles or landscape decorations -- no buildings yet -- and a lot use transparency. I went with a few basic ground types -- grass, loose dirt, sand (not shown), heavy dirt, and stone road, and then figured which of those might need variants, so I ended up with like 8 basic tiles -- grass, wild grass, heavy dirt, stone road, loose dirt, loose dirt with weeds, wavy sand, and clean sand. Neither sand variant is shown.

I also have 5 depths of fresh water, and 7 for deep water, and this map does shoe the Grass and Loose Dirt tiles for bordering bodies of freshwater. This also hows my Deciduous and Evergreen trees, the Thick Shrub, and the Small Shrub.

The most advanced portion of the tile set so far, besides the freshwater borders, is the stone road, which has MOST of the borders it will need for a full map, while all the rest of the borders are only about to enter the work phase. The standard "tile size" I'm working with is 16x16, though I plan to double the size to 32x32 by the time I actually make my game. The trees in particular may see massive overhauls when I do that.
