i understand the normal window bar at the bottom, but what is your top tools bar ?

It is Object Bar - very good utilite. Many configuration possibilities - shortcuts, roll-menu, icons... It is very decent.

i did know "object dock " a docklet like on mac, but no the "object bar " i will see and search it
