You put cell shadow and smooth shading in one layer or not?

I made a rough sketch, then drew hard lines on top of it, then colored the sketch with flat fills, then added a bit of the "smooth" light and some color correction light on top in separate layers. Here's the PSD if you want: sta.sh/0xum6m0xdy5
