Hypnotic Miku with a hypnotic background. ^^
I love the movements of her hair and the effect of bluriness all around this part.
The gloves also adds some balance/contrasts with the others colors of the shot.

her chest is with a little scratch and her tie is missing some ink. Her skirt is scratch too and the painting is not very good.
