Just so you know, I just saw that Mark Beaks episode, and to be honest I kind of find him ironically funny, he may be good at technology but he sure is not bright.

He's also one of the clichΓ© smooth-talking yet highly obnoxious rich d-bags like Cad Spinner on Planes: Fire & Rescue, how I loathe him as well! Just to warn you, if you ask me any questions about Mark Beaks being funny in the future...well, let's just say I highly recommend you don't do it.
