Bah, dA is not a meritocracy. Amazing artists pass unnoticed, tracing of anime characters with a few strands of rainbow hair added get hundreds of comments. Don't let that affect you. Like in any social community, popularity and skill do not walk hand in hand. Also, I am totally watching.
