Alright. So Dobblegleck was another one in the group of Bootleg Pokémon from the same group as Cosbuh. Dobblegleck is a Gengar with a knife and an eyepatch. And he is known for doing a creepy laugh and standing about... MENACINGLY!!!

No, hes just an asshole of a character. Like, a REALLY big asshole.
Spoiler: he litteraly convinces everyone that you are tied to the disasters happening, and the only way to stop the litteral end of the world, is your death. So then everyone chases you and you partner down to try and kill you, beliving that it will stop the disasters. That was so far the hardest part of the game, because you couldent go the town and buy items, and the enemys where really strong.

Most saticfying part of that was returning with proof that your inoccent, and the very quick realization everyone had about how Gengar is dick. Thats the biggest dick move he did so far in the game. He still appears every now and again.
