Narciss tended to have better luck amidst the fall, where the foliage around would become more orange in hues.The earthier tones aided in stealth with ease. Especially with the accents and fleckings of his markings.
At least, being a loner, it gave him some amount of an advantage. Unlike these newcomers, he fur was not stark white. No, he may lack in numbers and in strength, but this gave him a higher ground, at least.
