I especially like how you stylized her name with Japanese kanjis, very creative and it gives a modern design feel to it.

Let me add another thing:
Even though I don't wear t-shirts, I always liked when they had some minimalist design that just hints at what it's referencing. Like, in Derpy's case, it could be a stylized neon muffin or Twilight's CM.
