That's a really cool manip...I too thought you grew some real square apples at first...
Is it me or does anyone else see sexual imagery in that apple core?

i know this is a little nitpicky, but i was a bit surprised to see the centre-core of the apple even though it wasn't cut exactly in half.
blah, i'm only saying this because everyone else has said all the appropriate kudos. well done.

you can blame the fault on your viewers ... (e.g. only communists see flaws in my work!)

Omg, is those were real they would be so much more convienient to pack in lunch boxes, etc than a regular apple. This looks really realistic, the only issue that catches my eye is that the apple with the slice in it only has a small slice taken off, yet it still shows the core of the apple like it was chopped in half. Very awesome though.

Hah, that's really well done!
And before I looked at your stock images, I wasn't even aware that the wood you've used wasn't originally part of the picture!
The only thing I'd work on is to perhaps make the inside of the apple look a little more fresh.

Ooooh, I love the texture and shine to the skin! Very cool idea and a pleasing piece to look at.
The core of the apple though.. it's rather off center. *A*
(Not very noticeable. :3 )

okay i know the magician isn't supposed to tell their secrets, but i get how you manip'ed everything but the squareness of the apples? how did you do it without losing the texture and color?
