This is photoshop practice using the photoshop top secret tutorials.These tutorials make things so easy that I feel like I'm cheating. XD It is, however, a great way for me to get familiar with the tools in photoshop and create something cool in the process.

under filters, there's the liquify tool I believe. That's what I used.
