Description: The mountains in which the caldera of Wargrun sits. Utgard is a rocky zone full of creatures that have learned to survive in its high altitudes and difficult terrain. The caves and cliffsides now offer home to whatever was not fended off by the Stonewarg of Wargrun in the Cataclysm.

    Landmarks

  • The Caldera A massive grassy and forested expanse that forms protection for Wargrun at its centre.


Giant’s Run

A grassy valley leading up into the heart of Wargrun’s caldera. This region is known for its colossal beasts and giant skeletons of fallen foes can be found throughout the area. Many Stonewarg come to Giant’s Run to test their strength.

    Landmarks

  • Darykmor Outpost is a relatively new construction consisting of only a few squat buildings surrounded by a large, imposing stone wall. The outpost is popular with fresh Drengr students eager to prove their strength against the local wildlife.


Heilagr Heights
A holy mountain close to Wargrun. Legend has it that the entrance to the Helgafjell can be found within. Stonewarg often travel here to visit the temple of Fenrir and Jord at the summit to seek blessings and guidance from their ancestors.

  • Mimir’s Well A series of waterfalls that cascade down from the cliffs above, forming a pool at the bottom. A mysterious stone hovers in the center of a raised platform above the lake beneath the water.


Ravenstone Village
A remote village that is partially abandoned. Thick ground fog from Vigrith often seeps from the old battlefield and settles over the area, giving it an unsettling atmosphere. A deserted fortress ominously overlooks the village.

Rinalen
Known for its standing stones, a small temple dedicated to Fenrir and Jord rests at the summit of this mountain where travelers often stop to rest on their way East.

  • Rinalen Standing Stone An ancient stone that is revered for its power. 


Skyhold

A well fortified fortress village that overlooks the surrounding area. Members of Clan Ulfang have been housed here and trained here. Several warbands are available to serve as Jotunheim’s military force alongside Clan Darykmor and Clan WIldflame as needed.

    Landmarks

  • Grimfell A large, leafy forest on the Northern edge of Utgard. It used to provide an ample hunting ground for the wargs of Stormwatch.


Riverford Lodge

The home city of clan Riverford, Riverford Lodge is a large fortress to the East of Wargrun. Set amidst the depths of Jotunwood, the fortress is accessible by a stone bridge that crosses the river Vimur.

    Landmarks

  • Jotunwood A dense, redwood forest along the coast to the West of Wargrun. Trees drop suddenly into the cliffside and gulls make their homes along the rocky edge.


Stormwatch
A remote outpost that overlooks Stormvale to the East. Violent storms ravage the area which is all around inhospitable. Only the unluckiest were sent on watch here.

Vigrith
An ancient battleground where tattered banners still ripple in the wind. Fallen weapons and armored skeletal remains can still be found. Its believed that the spirits of the dead rise during on full and new moons

Vimur Village
A once prosperous village known for their fishing and lumber on the largest rivers in Utgard.

  • Vimur River A long winding river that leads from the mountains near Wargrun and ends in a massive waterfall that dips over the edges of the cliffs near Jotunwood.
