Really, you're doing a great job on this. I said most of what I thought could be done with it on your thread. The nose and mouth area really amazes me, there's so much detail and expression there that is usually forgone in the current anime craze (I'm also guilty of it, too).
Not sure if you're drawing this from a photo or life, it's always a good idea to have references, but kudos all the same. This looks great, you have skills.
