Utane Uta is singing in outer space.She is one of UTAU image characters.
UTAU is a software to synthesize vocal sound.
It was created by Ameya/Ayame.
This drawing is used in 'Weekly UTAU Ranking #118',one of video contents on NICO NICO DOUGA (It's Japanese video-sharing web site).

And, when he(or she?) finds a available drawing, he(or she?) contacts the author of drawing and gets permission to use it.He(or she) dealt with me like this.
