Not much info is kept public about him in the database, as almost all his information has been redacted or locked away by the Leaders themselves. What is known by the few who got to know him in person is that he was a bright Scientist who helped to develop most of the technology Cilt still uses currently.
He was sadistic, and had no empathy towards anyone, tho his coworkers at first took this behavior as "simply dark humor", it was later revealed that he was a dangerous psychopath.
He was exiled from Cilt without giving further explanation to the few citizens who noticed he was missing.
