I realise its been a pretty long time since I uploaded anything, and I haven't made as much progress as I wanted to. And leaving this too long is just going to leave the whole project stagnant, so I'm going to approach my uploads differently. So right now I'm uploading this chapter, and will upload each chapter draft as I finish them. Chapter 7 is about 2/3rds done and I am aiming to get at least the initial draft of it up through the week. The period of time at least has allowed me to work on some ideas and the plan for the whole adaptation, and come up with some more original ideas to feature. I'm optimistic for many future chapters which should be a lot of fun to work on. I'm hoping those who have read the earlier chapters are still interested, I promise, going forward I'm going to make updates a bit more frequently from now.

I was hoping to upload the chapters as I finished "arcs" of 4-5 of them in order to prevent some necessity for rewrites, however I had to rewrite chapter 3 partially anyway, so it may simply be better to upload the initial chapter drafts to give readers something and worry about rewrites for later arc full arc updates. I also intend to upload the first arc in its entirety soon, edited and with a couple of minor rewrites which are important and will affect certain things later, so I'd suggest reading it. I imagine it might be a good idea to re-read it anyway since its been so long since my last update.

Anyway enjoy, and feel free to critique. This chapter's a bit more character based but don't worry, there won't be many chapters without some action when all is said and done.
