I am still not sure how to feel about Chrom still appearing in Robin's Final Smash, with the among of atention Sakurai put in the game this is odd for me.

I've yet to see Robin's FS in Ultimate so this is news to me.

It's is confirmed that Pair Up is still Robin's Final Smash and that she still summons Chrom, I have yet to see if this is true even if Chrom is also fighting, but people claim this is the case, which I find extremely odd given Sakurai's attention to detail.

Yes I thought that too, it is just odd, looking back at history like Pit getting a new FS since Palu was made playable or the removal of Assist that become playable, I just asumed that Robin would get a new one, it doesn't bother me it is just weird.
That said like Robin and Lucina I am glad Chrom is playable, I will never complain about getting more FE characters
