Well the last Dizz drawing didn't turn out so well so I decided I was going to try one more time. I revised her design again and I'm pretty happy with the final results. Next time I'll make sure to draw a profile view so you can see the things holding back her pigtails.So yeah, time travel, Neo Toyko, boom. The background is iffy on this one and any feedback is appreciated!
