I'll be doing the single player stuff with everyone, but multiplayer I'll probably use Siegfried, Kilik, Xianghua, and Seung Mina the most.

Good picks. I mained Yun'Seong and Cassandra in the past, but Killik fro my custom character,
so I probs be between Killik, Taki, Seong Mina, Talim and Ivy.
I am also interested in trying Groh, his style looked fun.^^

Yeah, honestly the cast is a decent size without Tira already. I don't want to give them a pass on it, but I've seen worse in fighting games.

I love blazblue crosstag battle, but they make half of the roster more like tons of characters DLC, at least you get 3 character packages, but it's still kinda cheap.
In tekken 7 I think it is good, I got Noctis and Eliza and enjoyed them.^^
And similarly in smash 4 I also was willing to pay for some fun new characters.
But yeah some games do it the wrong way.

I agree with tekken and smash, but I really don't like how Arc handled blazblue. At least they made the first couple characters free for a limited time. I almost want to say it's fine because they're a smaller company that needs to bleed their fanbase to keep in business, but it still kind of sucks.

I still enjoy BBtag even though I was annoyed with that,
at least they didn't make Yang and Blake from Rwby payed dlc but changed it to free.
Let's hope the devolpers think of us in the future as well.^^

Everyone I tried in the beta was fun. I never really used Taki, but I might have to this time.

I think ex moves made it less accessible to new players. The main issues I had with it was the cast and that guard impacts required meter. Luckily they fixed those issues and added stuff like reversal edge and fatal counters.

Reversal edge spam is annoying but beatable to boot. You can get some insane punishes off them. Those were my main issues with 5 along with the story and how the story is restricting the game was. It wasn't that it was hard, but I feel characters needed meter for you to see the rest of the moveset. It made playing Yoshi and Algol boring in that game.

Yeah I was worried about reversal edge at first, but it's very unsafe if you catch someone doing it a lot. It's also good to use if you're playing against a character that is constantly pressuring you with no real opening.
