Description 9.27 UPDATE!

New one on the left, old on the right. Some things were simplified (like her back mark and hair), other things were made more complicated. The overall anatomy was tweaked too.

Tomoe's running animation for my game "Project: Rudra." Right now, all of the animations will be in black and white so that we have something to work with in our game engine.

Hmm, the new one is definitly smoother and more balanced, but I trully prefer the right one, it has this wild run stance which perfectly fit your character. The left one is also, how to say.. more casual, there's this crazy and wild thing to the old one which amazed me
Anyway, both are a good job, well done !

Hmm, I have to assume it's the hair and face since the actual animation is pretty much the same. I flattened the hair since it didn't really make sense and I closed the mouth since most of her moves will have her opening it anyways. The anatomy is more accurate too so that might contribute to making things look a bit more wild in the old one. In any case, I'll try to make sure her moves are true to her personality.

Yeah, I noticed there were only few changes, but it changed for sure ^^ Anyway, both are really great, it was just the way I saw things. The new one is really fluid no matter what I could say about it

It's important to keep track of things that are lost during revisions. Even if the newer one is cleaner, I'll make sure to keep this in mind.

Can you make any type of animation in lines?

For example if sees a drawing, it can be done in lines so lively

With enough planning, most likely. Right now I'm just making 2d game animations so I don't have to consider camera angles and perspective.

You can do it in 2d.

Yeah. I based Tomoe's run originally off of one from King of Fighters. It's 10 drawings in a sequence that loop at 10 frames per second. I would take the same approach with Ibuki's run.

Honestly, I would have to ask for my normal commission rate and that is more than the personal ones I do here on deviantart. If you're really interested, I can give you a price via note. Just keep in mind that it's essentially 10 lineart drawings.
