Alrighty, first of all, I love the eyes and the layout. It's a great composition. Also, the flowers look very cool, but some of 'em look sketchily done. I'd suggest for the whole piece to add more shading. It'll help make it pop more. The black in the background helps that a lot, but you don't want your pieces to look mute. That's mainly it.
