Very awesome pic.
Just a comment about her foot. When you are kicking like that you use the top part of the foot (I have experience in Martial arts: TKD, Kung Fu weapons (Bo Staff and curved broadsword).
keep up the great work.

I have experience in Muay Thai, Kenpo Karate, and weapons as Katana and Nunchakus. ^_^ Thanks for the comment. I believe the kick is right, since she is training to achieve harder shinbones.

I have no time for anything besides drawing, eating, sleeping and sh*tting. sometimes I play Xbox360. I really must do some boxing at least to lose weight. Muay Thai and Kenpo Karate are not options anymore... I am sooo overweighted.

I didn't. I know a lot about Muay Thai and other martial arts, I am a martial art otaku, lol. Ong Bak is a great movie for muay thai stuff. Also The Quest is good for Muay Thai and various other martial arts.

I mean in order to sketch them...I'd probably slow the pace of the movie if I have to push "pause" whenever I see a pose, stance or move just to sketch it down quickly.

yeah, that could be a nice way to do it. You can also google for ong bak screenshots.

How do I know when a certain pose or stance starts so I can pause to sketch down the pose?

Ummm... well, muay thai poses are easy to identify. You must know the stance of at least this video game characters:
Joe Higashi, King, Benimaru, Bruce, Sagat, Adon, Zack (I don't recommend this one), umm... can't think of anyone else. I would go with the King of Fighters ones.

And even though I'm not into the muscle girls, I liked this one (/ok)
Ah! It's nice to see Keo wearing a bra, lol
