Description
I've been rather secretive about the Act 2 villains in Polsterreich but I finally decided to give in and do a reveal. Meet Mel, an exiled King of a country everyone is fighting over. And his lackey, Fritz, you might know him.

This originally started off as this extremely self indulgent idea to draw these two bad bois together (I don't ship them, I swear ) but over the course of working on this, the idea just got more and more elaborate, which ended up turning into a love letter to Art Deco and the Secession style. It got so frustrating at one point because of the anatomy that I almost gave up but persevered after less crying and more drawing.
