Finished YHH for AutumnCreekFarms of her lovely mare 927 Omega
I was originally going to cel-shade this, but Omega's nice, simple, yet gorgeous coat colors inspired me to do a more realistic shading style. It came really easy and she was just a joy to draw. Plus I think the soft reds in her coat really compliment the piece! Anyway, I hope you like, hun, and thank you so much!

Very beautiful, I loved the scenery right from the start.
So for the critique:
The arrengement isn't perfect this way. The left side of the painting seems rather empty. You've tried to fill it with the cloud, that's quite fine, but a bit - only a little bit - more would have looked better. Maybe some birds flying, flowers on the ground, mountains in the background, leaves of the tree flying to the left side... The eyes of the watcher are very much focused on the right side this way, what's kind of sad since the whole scenery looks great.

Ah yes, very true. I felt the left side was empty as well, although I kind of liked it that way? Kind of like the right side is the focus as you drift off into the distance on the left. Kind of like a surreal, dreamy, distant way. I definitely could have added more details on the other side though, for sure

Oh, it's great that the focus is on the left side and the right side leads far away. Nonetheless I kind of like the idea of falling leaves flying to the left side. Give it a try the next time.
