I'd been wanting to find a way of making skin have a very subtle sweat/oily surface, seems I found a good balance after much tinkering, used Ada Wong character again for testing it out.

Skirt is not out of focus; click on the render to make it full size or else the skirt messes with your eyes (Mesh edge i suspect). Ada's hair has no adjustment options; so hence it doesn’t flow with gravity here, would have changed it for a similar hairstyle with adjustments if I had one.
