I used mutliple pictures then pasted them on seperate layers. Then using the eraser tool I set it to the softest setting so it would erase around umbridge but so that it wouldn't go all pixelly. Using different sizes I erased surrounding areas leaving Umbridge because she is awesome

When it premiered on youtube I stayed up till 1AM in England (because in 8PM America it's 1PM where I am in England) and I stayed up till five watching it xDDDDD

paint shop pro 10.01. You can use photoshop to do this aswell.
I believe you can also use gimp (free) to do this kind of stuff but i'm not sure seeing as I have never used it before
