This is one of my latest builds, Im doing a commision build for someone, This is the Cobra Commander helmet that is featured in the Latest comic books, The helmet started life out as a pep file and after hours and hours of bondo work and sanding this is what it looks like at the moment, I had to make a custom vacuform buck for the visor, the one in the picture is clear and will be permantly placed in the helmet, this is the master helmet that will end up being molded, once I get a casting from the mold I will tint the visorwith a mirror coat and also give the helmet the dark navy blue paint job and paint all the details the proper colors, I sprayed this with a super glossy black because it shows me where any imperfections are on the helmet, I got luck this time because the helmet is really smooht, I should be posting finished pics of the Cobra Commander helmet soon also the visor is just popped in place I still havent permantly attached it to the helmetRelated content

I do have the pep file but it was a commision build I did for someone so I was asked by the modeler not to release the file

is it possible for u to make a Emile bubble visor like this? No skull needed.

St this time it wouldn't be possible for me to make an Eva Visor, Im currently loaded with commisions, also to just make the visor for the Eva helmet I would have to know the exact model and size, so basically I would have to build the helmet from the ground up, If Halo 4 wasn't going to be release soon I woukd probably take on the Emile helmet but everyone is going to be looking for the new stuff so I have to head down that route, I have seen where some people build the visor in pep harden it and finsih it, then they cut the eye and mouth parts out and pput gold tinted motorcycle visor pieces in those holes and paint the skull part silver, I looks like it will work if your looking for a quick visor solution
