I don't know why I didn't post this before....I guess I didn't think it was worthy of a deviation. But, I'm actually quite proud of this.This was the redesign I made for the Hyperboy merchandise at Cafepress.com. It's nothing fancy, but I think you should all check out the shop, seeing as how it looks a lot better now: [link]
Sorry for the high prices, Cafepress is jerks. I'm not begging you guys to buy anything. In fact, I make so little off of any purchase that I'm not even going to ask you to buy anything. But, just check it out.

Picture is perfect it makes me envy you. How to you make lines so straight and not bumpy? Is it like a mouse or do you use a tablet to draw most of your stuff?

Thank you! I use a tablet, yes. But, that only helps with rough sketches. I always draw line art in Flash, because you can adjust the width and smoothness of the lines.

I'm curious to see how your stuff changes now that you have art school to help improve your tecnique. I notice that theres usually a vast improvement even in the first few months...
besides, I havent heard from you in ages....

This was a couple of months back, I think. Art School hasn't done much to improve my technique...YET. But, that's cause I haven't taken any serious art classes. Just fundamental classes...and I've been through all that.
It's going good, though. I like it. I don't even know if CalArts is an option anymore. It seems like too much money for a little bit of easy prestige....

yeah... I found out that I don't really need that kind of prestige to do what I want to do...
I would never make any of that money back an live a life of debt and burden if I went there... 50,000 dollars in debt per year is a bit too much...
for what I want to do, I only need dedication, which any old art school can teach me...
theres an art institute of CA that opened in san bernardino county (my county) that I am seriously considering. Cal arts is a dream, but a farfetched one...

Indeed. I think I'll just finish my education in Art Institute. We'll see what happens afterward. If anything, I can get a Master's degree in CalArts.
I'll have my own cartoon one day...I know I will. And you'll be helping me with storyboards.

I'm leaning more towards animation director, I seem to have an eye for movement and dynamics, I just need to work on my skills in drawing first... the only problem is i won't settle for cheap animation when good animation can be insisted upon... the static direction things are going is giving me a headache...

OMG Hyperboy work. I thought you forgot and were working on something else. In all honesty I looked on to the page forgetting hyberboy existed and said "I wonder what kind of awesome amazing stuff He cooked up for us this time." Then all of a sudden every memory of hyberbou came racing back into my skull.
Awesome work as usual.
