-the reason for the design change is that hyper has a more personal outfit so that he is not easily confused with sans
but don't worry, the old design won't be discarded or forgotten, it just won't be used much
-Blaster armor and expended katanas are weapons that Hyper can summon
-Katanas are weapons that hyper found many years ago,hyper have a connection with them and can infuse magic and pure energy. (the reason why the katanas have these abilities is unknown)
and that's why hyper loves swords (especially katanas)
