how do you make the head round? I tried, and it came out flat.

If you want to get the head into a completly round shape, like a 3-D sphere, Try cutting out 4 petal shapes and sewing them together. It's just like how a beach ball is made round ^^

I drew the outline on paper, cut it out, traced it on the material, cut it out, and sewed it together and turned it inside out
