I remember an episode from my childhood. In that episode, Alvin bumps his head, and believes himself an angel. Meanwhile Dave, Simon and Theodore tied to chairs, and... I believe they were OTN gagged.

First: he did, since he could tell this to Dave. Second: I'm not sure it went as this. It was Alvin's flashback, in which Simon and Theodore were mean out char. In Theodore's Flashback Alvin and Simon were even more mean and sadistic, while in Simon's flashback Alvin and Theodore were just wild and out of control.
