They removed all theΒ episodes ofΒ Blinky Bill from You-Tube (Copyright shit. You know).
However, in the scene Blinky and his friends were approaching Daisy from behind, searching for Shifty.
Blinky:"Daisy, do you know where's Shift..."
Daisy(turning around, showing the muzzle):"Mmmphhmhh!"
Blinky:"What the...?"
Daisy(gesturing):"Mmmphhhmmhhpmpph!"
Blinky:"Sorry! I just can't understand you!"
Daisy(angry):"MMMMHHHPPHH!! MMMMMMHHHPPHHH!!"
Meatball(suddenly popping out from nowhere):"Daisy can't talk! She has to wear that because she had a little accident..."
Daisy pokes Meatball.
Meatball:"A BIG accident..."
Daisy pokes Meatball harder.
Meatball:"I hitted her with a shovel!"
Blinky:"You what??"
Meatball:"It was an accident I said! I was carring it on my shoulder..."
He picks up a shovel and put it on his shoulder.
Meatball:"..like this! Then Ma' called..."
Ma'(voice from offview):"MEEEAAATBAAAL!!!"
*Meatball turns around and hits Daisy in the snout. Knocking her out.*
Meatball:"YES, MA'? Ops! I did it again!"
He runs off, leaving Blinky and his friends perplexed.

It was that episode where everyone in Green Patch was in a gambling/daring fever and making the most absurd bets. And she betted she would stay silent for a whole day, muzzling herself to prevent her brother to make her scream accidentally.

LOL! I was just kidding (sorry). That plot was used in an episode of Little Mouse On The Praire, eccept the bunny girl making the silence bet wasn't wearing a gag (I wish she was).
In the scene above (the hell if i remember which episode) Daisy is wearing a muzzle for medical purpose, bacause Meatball (the cloumsy fat guy) hitted her jaw with a shovel by accident. And in explaining how it happened (since she couldn't talk) he did it again.
