I took my time with this one, but I am pretty content with how it turned out.I know this doesn't exactly fit how the Disney movie went, but I like to imagine that there was a longer period of time that Aurora was asleep. During that time, Spring returned, and all the brambles bloomed, bringing life with it.

I was wondering if you would be okay with it if I (POSSIBLY) used this as a book-cover-styled picture for the contest shown at this page: www.wattpad.com/forums/discuss⦠ . It is such a beautiful image, and it would look wonderful as the "cover" for the contest. Again, I may not use it even if I do have your permission, due to other possible arrangements. However, I would love it if I had your permission in case there is a change with the other possibilities.

This is sooo nice!..a few things I thought about while looking at it: 1. I can just imagine all kinds of bugs and such coming in to like check on her..I think that would wake up for sure if it were me.. 2. and if she is asleep for a hundred years like the stories say she's like 116 years old..I mean DANG I should HOPE to look that GOOD at 80! Again your Painting is great!
