You put a great deal of detail into this and it pays off. One suggestion I have is pay attention to the angle of the head/face and have it relate to the neck length more realistically. You got proportions alllllmost perfect, only a little long in the extended arm. The costume design in general is wonderfully original and appropriate for the character/magic.

I have a tendency to draw srsly extended limbs on pretty much everything. I am trying to fix it but in the end i erase the arm or leg and make it longer...
