Commission by this is the Bolt Ninja Ranger, a new type of Ninja Ranger whose powers were created by Ninjor about a decade and a few years after the events of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 3. What's different about this Ninja Ranger is that he's a lot more powerful than the original core 6 Ninja Rangers combined and he uses the unrivaled power of green lightning. The animal power he gets is from a type of dragon known as the Ryu. Ninjor is currently working on a special type of Power Morpher to draw out the full power of the Bolt Ninja Ranger's Ranger form. He's classified as balanced and his rarity is Legendary. Moves include Multi-Kick (strike), Bolt Bash (breaker), Thunderbolt (disruptor), Berserker Mode (Super), Thunderous Fury (strike, special), Surging Stars (breaker, special), Kunai Bolts (disruptor, special), Thunder Trap (assist, strike).
