Think of this cycle like recycling, the three Ds of the eating recycle method. D1: Devour. Charizard traps Knuckles in his mouth and jaws and starts gulping him down his throat and into his stomach. D2: Digest. With Knuckles in his belly, Charizard sits back and relaxes while Knuckles squirms inside. Charizard is waiting for his stomach acids to quickly wash away Knuckles completely, especially at his flesh and bones. D3: Dispose. After fully digesting Knuckles, Charizard's body moves the protein into his heart and the waste into his intestines and down into his bowels. That means it's time for him to use the restroom. Charizard casually walks into the restroom, closes the door, and sits on the toilet to flush out his prey. When that's done, all Charizard has to do is repeat the process. He flies away to find more prey to devour, digest, and dispose.
