Commission by this is the Galarian form of Keckleon as a Normal/Dragon type with the Protean ability. Some don't think much of it, but after it lands a super effective attack in a single battle, it can evolve into the more impressive Dragleon. Two things set Dragleon apart from other evolved forms of regional form Pokemon: the Shifter ability, which can change the Pokemon's primary type based on the move it uses except Dragon, its secondary type, and its signature move, Tongue Lash, a Normal type move with a power of 80 with 100% accuracy that can change type alonge with the user's primary type. For example, if Dragleon were to become a Bug/Dragon type due to Shifter after using a Bug type move, Tongue Lash would become Bug type as well. So far, Dragleon is an upgrade from Silvally and Arceus, but I'm sure with a lot more time and thinking, that there can be a Pokemon with an ability to become any Pokemon type and dual type and even surpass Dragleon.
