Commission by Mega Charizard X is using the move Twister, which it could only learn as regular Charizard through tutoring in Gen IV. You know what they say, sometimes, the only way forward is back. How Charizard is capable of using Twister is still a mystery though. I guess Charizard was destined to become a Dragon type in Gen VI.Related content
