Commission by this is the Snow Ranger, my newest Power Ranger idea. And yes, he's based off a snowy owl due to using snowy owl DNA. Armed with a knuckle fan that can freeze foes with powerful blizzards and a wing sword based off a snowy owl's wing and talons, this Ranger represents deadly beauty. Some of his attacks include Swoop Slash, Ice Tornado, Ice Blade Launch, Icicle Storm, Beast Blizzard, and Crescent Blade. The purpose of this Ranger is to counter inter-dimensional threats ever since Lord Drakkon.
