pretty much what the title says, a simple drawing of penny gadget in her outfit from ther cartoon episode gadget goes west, I have watched what I beleave to be the first inspector gadget movie and at least know the cartoon exists and out of the various outfits penny has, this one is so cute and there's not a lot of artworks of it to my knowledge so... here it is, also i couldn't tell if she had shoes, so I gave her some
