Prices start at a base fifteen usd for the lineart, it's an additional two usd for flat colors if there are any, and the price of the shading if there is any depends on the type of shading. It's an additional ten dollars for each additional character if there are any, and the price of the background depends on the complexity and level of detail, particularly simple backgrounds can even be free.
Price examples (not factoring in the prices of the backgrounds mind you, not that backgrounds are very expensive anyway, and even then, you don't necessarily have to ask for a background to get one, sometimes I'll put a background on a commission anyway even if one wasn't asked for, unless I was specifically asked for no background, but I haven't had many people do that before.
