Her name is Aimi Toka,she is 18 years old and she uses Lunar bond magic (a magic I made cause I want my OC to be dragon slayer but there are too many and I don't like other magic) with that magic she can connect with the moon's power, use gravity from the moon, use lunar magic power and transform into lunar outfits. Aimi also has a huge crush on Laxus and Laxus has a crush on her but they realise they like each other so they only show it when alone
