Good titles sometimes come. Sometime they do not. Oh, well.

The city which small portion you can see here: fav.me/d7nxbkr has always had, from it's very foundation, a council and this guy here is one of it's youngest members. Also, Gods know that he is one rather loud member.

He's been in the works for weeks and might still be a subject to change in some small areas unlike the rest of his fellows which will come later. One thing is certain the beard will be kept as it does give him a lot of charm in my humble opinion. ^_^ Oh and he also wears glasses which aren't here.
