I was inspired by...her level 3 design. I really liked it, and she wore it for all of 2 seconds before the timeskip. I figure she probably liked it enough in canon to have a new version made. ouo Also, her hair grew out a bit!
I'm going to go change the description on Mesoka's and save the formal one for her template.
