for the Daily Sketch Challenge. done in less than 30 minutes.

when i first got into comics...i mean seriously into comics. where i went to a comic book shop on Wednesdays. Cerebus and Frank Miller's Wolverine series was huge. TMNT was huge too....essentially , Miller's imagery and the B&W boom were blurred together for me. his work had a definite influence to a lot of up and coming artists of that day.

not that it influenced Sim's incredible body of work at all....it's just how my golden age of comics springs to my mind when i think of characters like Cerebus at times.
