The Kissing Curse
We have here a classic Romeo and Juliet type of story. Two young friends have been forbidden to make contact with each other due to differences involving their parents. Though the would-be lovers are of age, their parents are still very possessive of them and their familys’ honor.
One of them comes from a family possessing powerful magic. The use of this magic is a family secret and the person in this scene who is of that family does not know about the kissing curse; only that there would be dire consiquences if they were caught.

The Kissing Curse is activated the moment that the lips of the cursed individual touches another person’s lips. Though the cursed person in this case carries the curse, its effects will be brought upon the kissee; or should I say the victim that the cursed person kisses, and not the kisser.
The affect of the curse brings about a transformation of the victim into something that the magic user (in this case the parent(s) decided when the curse was created. So please keep that in mind when choosing the TF.

So what are some examples of something the parents would want?
Something useful, something to make them wealthy, something to scare their son or daughter into permanent loyalty, something to “get back at” the other family in a big way, etc, etc, you get the picture.

So the winner can choose the male or the female as the kissee. And choose the victom’s TF using the above information, and guidelines contained in the rules page.
