Coloured version of this [link]Exams aren't exactly over yet...but the heck with it. I'm just down to three papers anyway. I tried to put that ghostly-glow on them with the water tool but I failed :/ also I gotta work on that shading D: though I like how this came out,overall
P.S. I just realized I forgot Vlad's goatie...but I'm too lazy to edit the picture xD; oh well, just pretend he shaved it 8D

So here's what I do:
-Merge all layers containing the characters (minus the background)
-Copy the merged layer and paste it to the layer below
-make sure the two layers are overlapping so that you can only see one
-Temporarily make the top layer invisible, and use the dodge tool on the bottom layer until it is all white
-Make the top layer visible again, and use a gaussian blur filter on the bottom layer until it looks about right
There ya go!!

I'm using SAI paint tool,so I'm afraid I don't have a dodge tool XC but thanks for the tip
