Whenever I fail at drawing what I set out to do, I tend to distract myself with something mindless and pointless....in this instance, POKEMON! 8DI've been wanting to create a fakemon, so here you go...
DOMINO is a demon rodent pokemon...kind of a mix between a squirrel, hamster, chipmunk...but with horns. This particular pokemon is "blind", but it's senses are so acute that it has a sort of echo-location sight.
It's a dark-type pokemon, but also gains ghost & psychic in its evolutions. It's also about the size of your average rabbit...however big that may be

well, if you get time, i am trying to get a list as close to the original 150, but 100% redesigned. as in... the same types, new looks.
so instead of gastly and his evolutions, im putting those three i got from you... cause they are dark/ghost type, so its really similar to what was orriginally there, but its not even close to being the same pokemon.
plus, im going to completely redesign the maps, and try to redo the storyline the best i can...

if you do help though, make sure to remember to keep some small detail of the orriginal.. like, the tails on yours remind me of gastly's cloud...

im almost finished the smallest one, ill upload a pic of it and give you the link when im finished... i think ill actually put it in the game so you can see both front and back sprites where they will be used.
its not perfect, but its a good start ^_^

i wanna shade the body some and change the colors of the purple tail cause they dont stand out enough, but this is what ive got so far. ^_^'' its only my second fakemon sprite so i think i did well.

haha good point. the sad part is i always thought the shading was hardest. cleaning your pic was harder than the shading xD
what i did was shrink it down to 60x60, then outline it... erase everything by hand (eraser+pencil tool) then take three shades of each color from the original and place them in... lol long process since dump bucket doesn't help much.

finnished dominax, i decided to try to make the tail look a bit like gastly by taking out the lines and its so much better.. i think this one is better then the first..

eh.. ive not been able to do anything since the last time i messaged you. most annoying crap ive ever delt with. i got a virus that pretended to be a antivirus program, and wouldnt let me open ANYTHING. took days to get rid of it...

ive not done the third pokemon yet... had a virus wipe some work, and lost my computer to it for a couple days till i could fix it... thinking about scrapping the entire project till i find someone with lots of spare time to help, but ill Finnish the third one from you anyways, since i already told you i would.
